RECIPE OF THE WEEK Zucchini Tart with Blossom -1 large zucchini or small small ones, sliced lengthwise -2 cloves garlic, minced -1 onion, minced -1 container of Blossom -4 sprigs thyme -1/4 cup while wine salt pepper olive oil -Lay down strips of zucchini in small baking dish -Combine Blossom, onion, garlic in a bowl -Lay mixture over zucchini and top with olive oil, salt and pepper -Repeat steps 1-3 uni -Bake at 400 until zucchini is cooked through
