MARKET RECIPE Mediterranean Inspired Coleslaw 1/2 head green cabbage, sliced thin 1/2 onion, sliced thin Water Buffalo Tzatziki 1/2 Cup Water Buffalo Yogurt 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Diced Cucumber 1 Garlic Scape, diced Chopped Dill and Mint (at your discretion) Squeeze of lemon juice Pinch of Salt -Make tzatziki first. Add ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl. Stir gently with a spoon. -Combine tzatziki with cabbage and onion -Garnish with extra mint, dill and olive oil!
