Need last minute Christmas gift inspiration? Look no further! Beginning Monday, January 6, the School will be offering a fabulous series of evening WINE CLASSES for the public with Alexandra Evans, Sommelier and Stratford Chefs School Wine and Service Instructor.
Perfect for the wine lover and those who want to learn more about the fascinating world of wine, these classes will mirror the curriculum taught to our full-time Students. Starting with Wines 101 - the essentials of wine tasting - classes will progress into explorations of Old World and New World wine producing countries, including France, Italy, Spain, Australia, South Africa and more!
Attendees will learn about various regions, their history and tradition, tasting techniques, food pairing essentials, with expert instruction and hands-on, guided tastings that will refine the palate and enhance appreciation.
