We're excited! Chef Instructor Randi Rudner has just finalized the finishing touches for the sumptuous Dinner Menu for guests at our upcoming Gala at Elora Mill, a stunning venue that will provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.
In addition to a wonderful selection of hors d'oeuvres to start the evening (with bubbly of course!), Dinner will be crafted by a team made up of the School's Chef Instructors, the graduating Class of 2025, and the talented team at Elora Mill, and served with curated wines.

Chef Yva Santini's culinary adventure kicked off at an early age, doing her culinary training here at the Stratford Chefs School, Class of 2009. She has played a key role in many kitchens in Stratford's restaurant scene, most notably as Head Chef at Pazzo and at Café Bouffon. Now Executive Chef of The Starlight, Stratford, Chef Yva will join us as a Canadian Guest Chef on Thursday, February 20.

The Elora Mill and its parent company, Pearle Hospitality, have been valued Alumni partners of Stratford Chefs School for many years. This valuable relationship began when Aaron Ciancone, now Owner and President of Pearle Hospitality, graduated from the School in 1997.
Not only is the Elora Mill a one-of-a-kind destination and one of Canada's premiere Hotels, it is also a sufficiently large space for our Gala event, and includes an expert event team that can assist the School in executing our large event. Elora Mill generously provides their beautiful venue at a rate that allows the School to maximize fundraising event revenue. Hosting the Gala event in Elora is also strategic to our goal of re-connecting and re-engaging with some of our traditional donor support base, who come from outside of Stratford.
