On this #NationalHousingDay, we want to acknowledge the frontline work that this amazing community partnership is accomplishing!

Every Friday afternoon, staff members from The Local, Choices for Change, City of Stratford Social Services, and Perth County Mobile Integrated Health Team work together to provide members of our community who are currently or are at risk of experiencing homelessness with basic health services and connect them with programs and services from which they can benefit.

Is it enough? Not even close. We need more of this and then some if we are going to end homelessness in our community. But, yes, we can do it!
