Health Tips -
1. Always keep frozen vegetables and fruits on hand.
2. A cup of mashed potatoes: Run 2 ½ miles. A slice of apple pie: 34 minutes biking. So, try having five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
3. Stay hydrated β don't wait till you're thirsty(especially in winters).
