4 steps to achieve more in 3 months than you have the last 3 years with your fitness and health. 1- Be active (move at least 60 minutes a day). Remember this doesn't have to be all at once and walking counts. 2- Pick one healthy nutrition habit and focus exclusively on it for a week 3-Spend an hour per week refining and improving your routine (be aware of what is working and what is not). 4 -Track your progress each week. At end of week cover what you did well, what you didn't do well/learnt and what you are going to do to move forward next week.
