We wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to one of our amazing clients Mike Elliott π₯ππ
He hasn't been sub 200 pounds in the last 18 yearsβΌοΈ
He had every reason not to make it happen...
Mike is a busy professional with a young family who has lots on his plate.
He achieved these results by attending three 45-minute small group classes a week, making consistent healthier decisions with his nutrition (not a diet - we don't believe in those π) and staying accountable to his own personal goals while having fun πͺ
