Event Marketing & Promotional Products Supplier seeking Production Specialist / Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Stratford, ON
HOURS: Monday to Friday - (8:45am to 5:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Apparel Production / Decoration (May Require Lifting Up To 35 lbs)
- Operating Embroidery Machine
- Operating Automated Heat Press Machines
- Preparing Prints & Files For Production
- Manage & Organize Apparel Production Orders
- Assist With E-Store Order Management
- Assist With Shipping & Receiving
- Assist With Print Production
- Assist With Laser Engraving & UV Printing
- Assist With Vehicle Wraps
- Efficiently Manage Multiple Tasks Under Short Timelines

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist With Inbound & Outbound Phones / Directing Calls
- Assist with Walk in Clients
- Assist with Product & Material Purchasing
- Assist with Processing Payments & Sending Invoices
- On Site Installations
- Data Entry & Day to Day Tasks
