Rotary Hospice recently launched a Legacy program with residents and their families. Legacy work can initiate reflection or a review of one's life, promote sharing of memories, or produce meaningful projects that act as living memories after death, making moments matter. One such example (pictured here) is a family tree with thumbprints. Interested family members can speak with a member of the Clinical Care team for more information.
