I often make a version of this omelet for guests for breakfast. I start with oranges, dates, and greek yogourt, then serve the Greek omelet with a small horiatiki salad, rosemary and lemon potato skewers and a mini Spanikopita triangle on the side. Yummy !!!

Hot entertainment at the 22nd annual Rotary Stratford Dragon Boat Festival Saturday Sept. 16. Races begin at 8 a.m., entertainment starts at 1:00, featuring Ryan St. Pierre and The New Boys. Food trucks, plus beer and wine tent. Event is free and open to the public.
