So much fun to be inside the studios at CJCS and Today FM with Jamie Cottle to talk about World Refugee Day!

To mark the occasion of celebrating the bravery of refugees and build empathy so that we can welcome them to our communities, we are having a couple events in June! June 20th we will have a community celebration for World Refugee Day and then our Multicultural Festival later in June at the Falstaff Family Centre.

As a city councillor and proud member of Multicultural Association Perth Huron, it was my honour to cut the ribbon at the grand opening ceremony at Full House Bar & Grill.

This culturally diverse team also donated $1100 to Stratford Hospital Foundation to help fund the care they provide for this community.

I am excited and blessed to be part of such a happy celebration and look forward to watching this Stratford business grow.
