Some of your councillors and Mayor MartinRitsma4Mayor had the opportunity to attend the To Stratford With Love event this week https://tostratfordwithlove.ca/

So great to be out with the community and see the wonderful spirit close to Christmas.

Happy holidays from our families, and those of the newcomers to you and yours!

As of this morning, we are up to over 30% of eligible voters who have cast their ballot before voting day. Congrats to all who did their research and had their say on local leadership!

This message is for those who have not yet voted. It is quick and easy if you have your voting card. Plan your visit to the poll, bring someone else with you, and ask your colleagues to do the same! We need to be closer to 100% eligible voter turn out and definitely have to beat the low number of 51% for last election.

Please vote and consider a vote for diversity, inclusion, progress and community!

We are pleased to announce that our favourite community steward is running for city council this year and needs your vote.
You will have heard the stories of actively fostering inclusion and diversity throughout the 10 years or Multicultural Association Perth Huron. You will have seen the MAPH mobile ceaselessly driving regional roads helping newcomers and those in need. You may even have been inspired to support recent efforts to help refugees build a new life in our wonderful community.
For these and many other reasons, you know what Geza Wordofa Maco stands for and is willing to do for this community. Winning a seat on council is not a reward for this decade of dedication to Stratford. It will simply be a way of doing more and having multiculturalism at the table for community-building conversations.
A vote for Geza will give a louder voice to all the cultures that make up our vibrant, diverse community. Please vote on October 24.
