Jonah Campbell is an accomplished Author and part of the Appetite for Words festival. He divides his time between eating and drinking (we like him already!), research with the McGill University Social Studies of Medicine unit, and pouring wine (professionally and recreationally). We got to know a bit about him during our blog feature and we are excited to read his latest collection of essays Eaten Back to Life. Join us during this literary festival with a culinary twist and read more about Jonah and his up coming event at the festival on our blog. http://ow.ly/tQQn30fnoV2
Two weeks until Thanksgiving and we will be dishing out all the inspiration to help you make this holiday a memorable one. Follow our blog as we talk about Turkey Brining, best chutneys to serve, appetizer ideas, our lemony garlic kale salad recipe and decor and tablescaping styles! Mix and match with our white plates and bowls, and gold utensils. Add some luxe to your table with our selection of linen napkins.
Bradshaws is a proud supporter of the Appetite for Words festival coming to Stratford Oct 27-29, 2017. Follow our blog as we feature the Authors and find our more about their books, and what inspires them in the kitchen. Our first Author feature is Alice Zorn! Alice 's latest novel has two of the main characters working in an upscale patisserie in Montreal’s Pointe St Charles neighbourhood. Alice herself once worked as a dessert baker, whipping up pies and cakes for local restaurants while living in Toronto. She shared with us that one of her favourite kitchen items is the whisk - but it must be silicone. Find out more about Alice and her latest book Five Roses on our blog.
